Features & Benefits

Powerful

The underlying photocatalytic oxidation (PCO) technology (now advanced by Puraclenz) has been used successfully by doctors, dentists, nursery schools, fitness centers and millions of consumers around the world.

Traditional PCO technology has one negative aspect: it often utilizes ozone to increase its power to kill pathogens. Ozone is not a healthy addition to any indoor space, which is why the FDA limits ozone-producing products to .05ppm. Puraclenz has advanced and achieved patent protection for its new design because they found a way to generate powerful levels of ions without generating any ozone.

Using air as a medium to deliver ions allows the system to clean every exposed surface the air reaches, including hard to reach areas where contaminants may be found.

A single P3000 unit will purify multiples of rooms and spaces of up to 3,000 square feet. With multiple units, the coverage area is virtually limitless. See our FAQ (coming soon) and Competitive Product Compairson Chart  for more information about optimizing coverage.

Effective Against Viruses

The technology used by Puraclenz has been proven to destroy the very difficult to kill MS2 Bacteriophage virus that is classified as a surrogate to SARS-CoV-2, the actual SARS-CoV-2 virus on surfaces, as well as all enveloped viruses such as H1N1 and H5N1, the viruses that cause influenza. According to EPA and CDC guidelines, Puraclenz technology is considered effective at neutralizing/killing SARS-CoV-2 and any of its mutated variants in the air and on surfaces. This includes other viruses that MS2 Bacteriophage is a surrogate (proxy) for such as influenza and the common cold.

Safer for your Workplace

Unlike earlier generations of PCO purifiers, the Puraclenz system does not create ozone of any kind. It’s safe to use continuously around people, animals, and in environments such as restaurants, gyms, offices, lunchrooms and schools. In fact, our systems have achieved the following strict safety related testing standards:

  1. CARB (California Air Resource Board) approval. CARB is widely accepted as the “gold standard” in the world for measuring indoor air quality.
  2. UL2998 – Underwriter Lab’s new Certification standard created to highlight ozone free products.

Purifies Air and Surfaces

Traditional cleaning and disinfecting, while still important, are a temporary means of spot treating surfaces and do not treat the air in any way. Utilizing the Puraclenz system ions proactively clean the air around you as well as difficult-to-reach exposed surfaces.  This reduces the risk of human error when cleaning and disinfecting and provides continuous* purification in the most challenging environments.

Effortless

Puraclenz allows for continuous*, 24/7 purification of pathogens in the air and on surfaces. Weighing under 3 pounds, and only 11” tall or less, all three units are easy to handle. Simply plug in the unit, turn it on, and begin purifying your environment. An elegant, compact design makes it easy to install on walls or ceilings, or even used
as a portable unit.

Ozone Free

Puraclenz is safer to use while employees, clients and customers are in your building. Unlike earlier ionic purifiers, Puraclenz produces no ozone and is approved as safe to use indoors *.  In fact, all three systems have been approved under the UL2998 - Underwriter Lab's new certification standard created to highlight ozone free products.
